Our Story
Founded in 1991, in the city of Jacutinga-MG, with the goal to reach excellence at fastening for railroads.
Over time, Condutec has expanded its operations in other fastener markets such as Oil and Gas, Civil Construction, Electrification, Mining and Mechanical Industry.
Aiming at continuous improvement, we made large investments in technology and equipment to keep upgrading the process. Also we strongly invest in personal training and qualification, and as consequence, with our high level team of employees we achieved the goal to be the 1st company in Brazil to implement ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system in railroad fastenings.
The mainly principles are based our business in a personalized service and full commitment of our engineers with attend and support the main carriers of the Brazilian railway network.
Today we are proud to have built a strong reputation for leading the manufacture of rail fasteners in Brazil and to offer rail fastening solutions to our partners with quality and reliability

To meet the requirements of our customers, we have process inspections at various stages of the production line and we have a laboratory that makes it possible to carry out various tests on the in-process and finished products. Some of the tests carried out in our laboratory are: hardness, metallography, bending tests, ductility, longitudinal retention and load tests.
We constantly improve our processes and the training of people in order to overcome our limits and serve our customers better and better.

Our Facilities
In a total area of 20,000 m², Condutec Indústria de Materiais Ferroviários Ltda has 7,500 m² of built area, where the sectors of Forging, Heat Treatment, Quality Control, Tooling, Raw Material Stock, Laboratory, Packaging and Shipments are grouped , ensuring full interaction of the production processes and subsequent shipment of the finished products.
Our machinery
We have our own well-equipped tooling, as well as a preventive maintenance program for our machines and equipment. We work hard to automate equipment, improve and produce with maximum security. We continue to invest in innovation consciously and with the best strategies, respecting our principles and becoming more and more competitive every day.
