SPRING WASHER
This product is used in the assembly of the joint bar screw-nut set, which is subjected to great efforts, vibrations and temperature variations. The pressure washer also works as a locking element, preventing the screw and nut from loosening. All pressure washers are made of special spring steel (SAE 9254/AM54) and undergo heat treatment to achieve the necessary mechanical properties.
DOUBLE COIL SPRING WASHER
The double coil spring washers are used in the assembly of the fastening set composed of a screw spike and a tie plate, which is generally subjected to great efforts, vibrations and temperature variations. All double coil spring washers are made of special spring steel (SAE 9254) and are heat treated (in the quenching and tempering process) to achieve the necessary mechanical properties.
