ELASTIC CLIPS

Elastic Clip W

Made from spring steel (SAE 9254/9260) with a round profile, this product allows for quick and efficient installation, as it can be pre-assembled on the sleepers and can be easily pushed in pairs onto the rail runners. They are assembled in a set containing an insole, side insulators and cover insulators (attached to the clamp). Consult for application on steel and concrete sleepers and TR-57, TR-68 and UIC-60 rails.

Double C Elastic Clip

Made from spring steel (SAE 9254), this product is used for fixing sleepers to rails and has elastic characteristics capable of containing longitudinal and transverse stresses. It can be used on wooden sleepers (applied to support plates) and concrete and steel sleepers (applied to the sleeper shoulder). They are mounted in pairs, one on each side of the rail and have excellent anti-vandal characteristics.

Elastic Clip S (e-clip)

Made from spring steel (SAE 9254/9260) with a round profile, this product fits into the holes in the support base plate or shoulder and sits on the rail. Easy to apply, this clamp has elastic characteristics capable of containing longitudinal and transverse stresses, as well as damping the dynamic effects of vertical loads. Its models are suitable for TR-57, TR-68 and UIC-60 rails.

Grampo Elástico G

Made from spring steel (SAE 9254), this product is used to fix wooden sleepers using a screw spike. Generally used in places with lighter loads, it is commonly used in some South American countries.

Rail Anchor

Made from spring steel (SAE 5160) with a rectangular profile, it is designed to be trapped in the rail skid, adjusted under pressure and supported on the side of the sleeper, in order to prevent the rail from moving longitudinally.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE TESTED BY

Rigorous process controls

Validation

Before release for manufacture, prototypes are produced and tested.

Test applications

We simulate the assembly of the fixings to make sure they are properly applied.

Dimension evaluation

Product dimensions are checked throughout the production process with measuring instruments and templates.

Testing

All batches of clamps are tested to ensure that they meet the requirements for hardness, static deflection load, load and anchorage and fatigue resistance.
